Don’t pay your accountant to do something you can do alone in a few minutes only. Filling your confirmation statement is quick and easy.
Every year, you have to check the information the Companies House hold on your registered office, directors, people with significant control (PSC) and location of registers – if there’s been any changes, you’ll need to complete a separate form before filing your confirmation statement.
My accountant InniAccounts offers to do it for me for a little extra costs. However, it’s not difficult neither long so we all can manage this alone.
